Hunters is the trade name of Hunters for Trade and Supply Chains LLC, a limited-liability company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt and operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Throughout this document, "Hunters", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hunters for Trade and Supply Chains LLC.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hunters website and online shop at hunters.team (the "Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Hunters

Hunters is a food-sector trading, distribution and commercial-representation company that also sells food and consumer products through its online shop. Hunters is operated by Hunters, LLC in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

3. Products, Orders & Prices

  • Products are sold by Hunters directly through the online shop. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith.
  • All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and, where applicable, are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) under Egyptian tax law.
  • An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Electronic tax invoices are issued through the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoicing system where required.

4. Payment

The Site accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include cash on delivery and online card payment processed by our licensed payment service provider (Paymob). Card data is entered on the secure, PCI-DSS-compliant pages of the payment provider; Hunters does not store full card numbers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, areas and fees are shown before you confirm your order and may vary by location. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; please inspect your order on receipt.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is provided in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

7. Wholesale & B2B orders

Bulk, wholesale and commercial-representation arrangements may be governed by separate written agreements. Where such an agreement exists, it prevails over these Terms for that transaction.

8. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for any unlawful purpose. The Hunters name, logo, content and software are owned by Hunters, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Hunters is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the competent Egyptian courts. Consumers may also refer complaints to the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).
